Hadron is a subatomic composite particle made of two or more quarks held together by the strong force in a similar way as molecules are held together by the electromagnetic force. Most of the mass of ordinary matter comes from two hadrons: the proton and the neutron.
Hadron Precision name was inspired by the large hadron collider. Just as CERN is concerned with answering the fundamental open questions in physics, we are dedicated to answer the open possibilities of Cerakote. Through experimentation and exploration of conventional methodology we are able to reframe the possibilities of Cerakote application to firearms and beyond.
Our motivation is inspired by the drive to continuously improve and push the frontiers of our established baseline of reality. We don't ask why, we ask why not.
Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, polymers and wood. The unique formulation used for Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. Each of these properties is rigorously tested to guarantee that Cerakote products remain at the forefront of the ceramic coatings market. Cerakote ceramic coatings utilize state-of-the-art technology to out-perform any competitive coating in both laboratory settings and real world applications.
Cerakote is currently offered in more than 240 different colors. The thin-film ceramic technology is ideal for coating of firearms. However, Cerakote is also widely used in automotive industry for everything from rims to engine parts, motorcycle parts, mufflers, and other high-heat surfaces. Cerakote is perfect for finishing touches on any polymer 3-D printed objects, bicycles, kitchen and batch equipment, and even fishing rods. The possibilities are endless.
